XLM Prints Big Falling Wedge: Support Line’s In The Sand

Stellar (XLM) is coiling inside a large falling wedge on the 4-hour chart, with price now pressing the lower boundary around the $0.16–$0.17 zone. The pattern has been forming since the early June peak near $0.28–$0.30, and momentum is clearly compressing.

Buyers have defended this lower trend-line multiple times. A clean hold here keeps the bullish falling-wedge thesis alive. A decisive break below it would open the door to deeper downside and invalidate the setup.

The upper boundary of the wedge currently sits near $0.19–$0.20. That zone also aligns with prior horizontal resistance and the descending trend-line that has capped every recovery attempt since June.

A confirmed breakout above $0.19–$0.20, ideally on rising volume, would signal that the wedge is resolving to the upside. Measured-move targets from the pattern point toward the $0.28–$0.30 region — essentially a return to the June highs.

Until that happens, XLM remains stuck in a tightening range. Volatility is being squeezed, which often precedes a larger directional move.

Falling wedges are classically bullish reversal patterns when they form after a decline, but they still require confirmation. Right now XLM is sitting at the decision point — defend the floor and the expansion move higher remains on the table, or lose it and the pattern fails.
