The UST - Celsius/3AC contagion took around 33 days to play out, the Alameda/FTX seems to be accelerating faster (technically the latter is indeed part of the larger UST contagion arch).
It’s either self custody or if you REALLY must, one of the OG CEXs: Binance, Coinbase, Kraken.
If you have friends and family with crypto holdings who are out of the loop, reach out to them.
This isn’t over, there will be contagion from unexpected sources, collapses that nobody thought would affect them.
