A. Barutcu Legacy

A. Barutcu Legacy preserves the oil paintings of Abdurrahman Barutcu (A. Barutcu, 1963–2025), born in Denizli, Turkey, later living in Germany and passing away in Bremen. After studying art, he devoted more than four decades to a deeply personal practice of oil painting, not for the market but as his own language, often signed “A. Barutcu”. His works are defined by disciplined light, controlled brushwork, and a refined sense of color and atmosphere. The collection spans still lifes, surrealism, and landscapes & wildlife, offering different entry points into a single, cohesive life’s work.
