The Guardians had no other choice but to call on 222 of the strongest mortal souls, those that had been training in Purgatory, to help defend their realm. A task force of warriors, healers and mages were recruited in the valiant effort to fend off the evil that had infiltrated Purgatory and tainted its lands.
