NC Wallet BTC withdrawal stuck 48+ hours – no TxID, no support

I’m having a serious issue with NC Wallet.

I initiated a BTC withdrawal more than 48 hours ago, and it is still showing “pending” with no TxID at all.

This means the transaction has NOT been broadcast to the Bitcoin network yet.

No network fee (they claim free withdrawals)

No TxID

No support response

No email received

Funds are stuck inside the wallet

I’ve already:

Contacted support multiple times

Posted reviews on App Store and Trustpilot

No response so far.

Has anyone experienced this with NC Wallet before?

Is there any way to force them to process or cancel the withdrawal?

Any help would be appreciated
