Bitcoin (BTC) slipped below the $64,000 level as mixed trading dominated the cryptocurrency market. Although the largest cryptocurrency posted a modest decline, several major altcoins outperformed the broader market. BNB (BNB) and XRP (XRP) led the gains among large-cap digital assets, while other leading cryptocurrencies recorded relatively stable price action despite cautious investor sentiment.
Bitcoin (BTC) traded at $63,909.30, down 0.2% over the past 24 hours, while maintaining a market capitalization of $1.28 trillion and generating $28.81 billion in daily trading volume. Meanwhile, Ethereum (ETH) slipped 0.8% to $1,888.92, with trading volume reaching $7.47 billion and its market value standing at $227.95 billion.
However, BNB (BNB) emerged as the strongest performer among the market’s largest cryptocurrencies. The token climbed 2.6% to $589.34 while recording $954.71 million in trading volume. Consequently, its market capitalization increased to $78.48 billion, making it the session’s best-performing major cryptocurrency.
XRP (XRP) also traded higher despite the broader market weakness, gaining 0.4% to $1.08 while attracting nearly $972 million in trading volume. Additionally, XRP maintained a market capitalization of $67.41 billion as buying activity remained steady throughout the trading session.
Elsewhere, Solana (SOL) traded at $73.62 with little price movement over the past day. Even so, the network processed more than $1.53 billion in trading volume. TRON (TRX) also outperformed Bitcoin after rising 0.6% to $0.3284. Hyperliquid (HYPE) added 1.2% to trade at $54.47, while Dogecoin (DOGE) remained largely unchanged at $0.06999.

Moreover, Direxion MU Bull 2X ETF (MUUB) climbed 50.7%, while Momentum (MMT) advanced 48.4%, extending the session’s bullish momentum among lower-cap tokens.
BULLA followed with a 38.6% gain as investor interest spread across emerging assets. Similarly, Semicon Bull 3X ETF (SOXLB) appreciated 35.0%, while SanDisk (SNDKB) gained 31.5%. YFSX also advanced 28.8%, and Precious Metals USD (PMUSD) completed the strongest performers with a 28.6% increase.
The latest market activity reflected selective buying instead of broad market strength. While Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) traded lower, BNB (BNB) and XRP (XRP) attracted fresh demand. At the same time, strong rallies among smaller cryptocurrencies highlighted investors’ willingness to pursue higher-growth opportunities despite mixed conditions across the wider digital asset market.
Conclusion
The cryptocurrency market finished with mixed performance as Bitcoin (BTC) slipped below $64,000 while Ethereum (ETH) also weakened. Meanwhile, BNB (BNB) and XRP (XRP) outperformed major cryptocurrencies, and several smaller digital assets delivered substantial double-digit gains, underscoring selective investor interest across the market.
