2 days of Bitcoin blocks gets the same BCH as mining the BCH network for 365 days. Old BCH has flooded the market and incentivized miners to mine elsewhere due to the high sell pressure on BCH. The ratio wont rise until the dumping of old BCH slows down. Whoever is dumping is realizing huge losses.
