Two largely-adopted Layer-1 blockchains Hedera Hashgraph (HBAR) and Ripple (XRP) are battling out in the decentralized finance (DeFi) realm. According to Chainbroker, Hedera’s Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) based chain grew 394% over the past 30 days. Hedera (HBAR) outpaced Ripple (XRP), as the XRP Ledger developer activity saw a 268% boost in the same time period.
