What to Know

  • Bitcoin’s three-day chart retains bullish divergence, while EGRAG Crypto identifies $83,000 as the key resistance level buyers must reclaim decisively.
  • A pullback toward $70,000 could test the 33 EMA and preserve the wider bullish structure despite renewed market volatility pressure.
  • RSI must preserve its higher low and regain 80, while stronger momentum could expose Fibonacci extensions reaching $147,000 during expansion.

Bitcoin’s three-day chart shows improving momentum as buyers attempt to reclaim $83,000 resistance. According to EGRAG Crypto, Bitcoin’s bullish divergence remains active, although substantial volatility could emerge before another major upward move.

However, EGRAG expects price to follow an uneven path because underlying demand may require a test before a sustained breakout. His roadmap includes an $83,000 reclaim and a possible retreat into the $67,000 to $72,000 support region.

Within that range, the analyst identifies $70,000 as the optimal level for Bitcoin to complete its potential retest. Bullish divergence develops when price records weaker lows while a momentum indicator establishes stronger lows during the same trading period.

Consequently, the pattern suggests that selling pressure has weakened, even when price action has not confirmed a sustainable reversal. The earlier divergence preceded a strong recovery, although historical similarities cannot guarantee that Bitcoin will reproduce the same performance.

Additionally, the 33-period exponential moving average could provide dynamic support before Bitcoin challenges the $83,000 reclaim level again. However, losing that support could direct market attention toward the slower 111-period exponential moving average and lower Fibonacci levels.

RSI Structure Determines Strength of Bitcoin Roadmap

Momentum confirmation also depends heavily on the relative strength index structure displayed beneath Bitcoin’s price chart. EGRAG expects the indicator to preserve its higher low and reclaim the 80 region for stronger bullish confirmation.

Although readings near 80 often indicate overbought conditions, powerful trends can maintain elevated momentum for extended periods. Therefore, investors may monitor the indicator’s wider structure instead of treating that threshold as an automatic reversal signal.

A higher RSI low would preserve the divergence, while a lower low could reduce confidence in the bullish setup. Meanwhile, a sustained three-day close above $83,000 would strengthen evidence that buyers have regained an important resistance area.

The chart also presents higher Fibonacci extensions near $109,000, $126,000, and $147,000 under a stronger expansion scenario. Those levels remain conditional because Bitcoin must reclaim $83,000 and maintain momentum before approaching the higher valuation zones. Bitcoin’s immediate outlook therefore depends on support around $70,000, the 33 EMA, and sustained strength above $83,000.
