XRP’s $2 Bull Case Meets a $13 To $22 Long-Term Bid

On one side, we got Ali Martinez, who's focused on a near-term breakout toward $2. On the other one, EGRAG Crypto is forcing traders to pick a side on a much larger structure — with a falling wedge projecting toward $13 and a W pattern aiming as high as $22.
Together, these posts capture the tension around XRP right now: strong short-term evidence of demand, and a long-term debate over just how big the next leg could be.
Martinez’s read is grounded in recent price action and on-chain flow. After a roughly 27.6% rally from about $1.25 to $1.58, he argues XRP has completed the right shoulder of a major inverse head-and-shoulders on the daily chart.
The key level is $1.60. A decisive break above the neckline, in his view, would confirm the pattern and open a path toward $2 — roughly another 30% from the breakout zone.
That technical case is paired with a notable accumulation claim. Martinez previously flagged that whales appeared to buy around 1.54 billion XRP, worth more than $2 billion, over a short window.
His follow-up frame is simple: large holders have been active, the pattern is maturing, and $1.60 is the line that decides whether the move into $2 starts.
EGRAG takes the conversation higher and wider. His chart asks traders to choose:
He is explicit about the rules of the debate: no hopium, no team colors for the sake of it. He wants the math, the levels, and the structure.
That framing matters because it separates two very different claims. One side is treating the current structure as a compression pattern that could resolve toward $13. The other is arguing for a broader bullish reversal map with a $22 long-term target.
Both are far above the market’s immediate battleground.
Despite the contrasting time-frames, both Crypto Twitter posts orbit the same practical truth: XRP still has to prove the next level.
Ali Martinez’s map puts the immediate burden on $1.60, then $2. EGRAG’s comment section already reflects the same hierarchy — several replies argue the nearer breakout has to come first, and that reclaiming $2 is the real validation before either the $13 wedge target or the $22 W-pattern projection deserves serious weight on social media.
In other words, the bullish narratives are stacking, but they are not interchangeable. Whale buying and an inverse head-and-shoulders can support a push into the low-$2s. A falling wedge toward $13, or a W pattern toward $22, is a separate and much larger claim that only becomes credible if those nearer levels are actually reclaimed and held.
