While there has been profit taking over the past 24 hours, with its price down 1.5%, analyst Kamran Ashgar notes that it’s on the verge of breaking a head-and-shoulders chart pattern, which could pave the way for a move toward $3.7, then $4.

Fundamentals support this bullish outlook: XRP has multiple ETF deadlines in October, with some forecasts indicating a 90% chance of approval. Additionally, key regulatory tailwinds from the Crypto Market Structure Bill and the Genius Act, which is expected to go live soon, could boost institutional adoption and help Ripple Labs toward its banking goals.

Ayo Akinyele stated in a blog post that he aims to make the XRP Ledger “the first choice for institutions by building in privacy compliance and trust” through ZK-proofs and confidential multipurpose tokens (MPTs).
