Citi, SDX Set Q3-2025 Launch for Tokenized Pre-IPO Shares—Is Private Capital About to Go Digital?

Citi has unveiled a partnership with SIX Digital Exchange to address private-market frictions. Acting as digital custodian and tokenization agent, it will start tokenizing late-stage pre-IPO shares in Q3 2025, giving eligible investors regulated access while helping issuers manage liquidity.
