Interest in ARRR has been climbing: more wallet installs, more merchant inquiries, and more everyday transactions. Our BTCPay Server integration for ARRR is complete. Other updates include information about Meile dVPN and the community hardware wallet beta. Events are happening for Black Friday season (#ShopARRR) and Anarchapulco 2026 plans. And a big announcement - our new and exciting unified wallet.

BTCPay Live for Merchants
Our BTCPay Server integration for ARRR is complete and available on the pirate-btcpay repository of the Pirate Chain GitHub. This lets merchants accept ARRR without third-party processors, monthly fees, or checkout surveillance.
Why BTCPay matters
- Self-custody: You hold keys, you receive payments directly.
- Privacy: No card trails, no tracking pixels at checkout.
- Flexibility: Plugins, webhooks, and POS options for web or in-person sales.

Events: Anarchapulco 2026, Non-Conformists, and Coinspiracy
We’re returning to Anarchapulco, 15–20 February 2026, this time in Puerto Vallarta. Use code pirate for 10% off (GA, VIP, or virtual). Expect sessions that goes beyond a simple introduction, think practical “exit-fiat” tactics: spending, earning, and settling with ARRR in the real world. It’s also a great place to meet merchants and onboard them to BTCPay + ARRR on the spot.
Pirate Chain will also be featured in the virtual Non-Conformist Series conference on 29-30 December. Tickets to the virtual Non-Conformist Series on practical wealth are also available on the Anarchapulco website.

Community projects and updates
A few months ago we first talked about Meile, a decentralized VPN which you can pay for with ARRR. It's good to see more and more people using it. We wanted to remind you to update Meile dVPN to v2.4.1 as required after the Sentinel chain upgrade.
Community member 'warelock' is building an open-source ARRR hardware wallet under the ZTH Alliance banner. The prototype of the Zero Transaction History Alliance™ Ciphercurrency Cold Storage Wallet is already signing transactions, with a compact touchscreen form factor aimed at offline signing and tight integration with Treasure Chest. The beta testing of the hardware wallet has been going well and the device may be ready for pre-orders by Cyber Monday. If this is a device you’d like to see on your desk, you can follow progress, give feedback on UI/UX, or contribute toward presales and parts.
Pirate Black Friday
November through December is prime time to spend and accept ARRR. If you sell, add your shop to the ARRRmada and note “ARRR accepted" on your site. If you need help adding ARRR checkout (BTCPay or Edge App flow), ask in Discord, we have templates and volunteers.
