Understanding the Pancakeswap Scams (safeMOON, safeMARS, etc)

I'm reposting this post by u/tradeworthy because it was removed by automoderator. Seems like pretty important information, especially since I've been seeing safemoon pop up a lot in here.
The coordinated effort to deceive crypto newbies here on Reddit is astounding. Thousands of fake accounts including those that will be commenting below. This truly is the wild wild west, and I'm surprised some of them are showing their faces.
I became aware after the Safemoon guys deleted my question https://ibb.co/Kh0f8GC
I was asking why during one of the safemoon AMAs (https://youtu.be/oEu5XTCYus0) at 41:20 Thomas says there were multiple unlocked LP's (plural) but then backtracked saying "...or, uh, well... not plural. Just the one that's unlocked."
At first, I assumed he just misspoke about their other locked liquidity pool, but I noticed his buddy (bottom right) simultaneously covered his mouth with his hand, which I found to be oddly-timed considering the fact that, when we hear lies or deceit, we're likely to attempt to cover our mouth... body language 101.
Multiple unlocked LP's (at the time of this AMA) would imply that he has more than one "moon" in the works. Like another copy (16:35). Like Safemars...
ICANN data for safemoon.net and safeMARScrypto.com show they have the same registrar, host and were created on the same day. safeearthcrypto.com is linked on safeMARScrypto.com and also has the same registrar and host. The sites even look to be made with the same template.
What happens? They convince you to use Pancakeswap to swap BNB for a meme coin and then you can't swap back for BNB... no matter what excuse they give in the comments. These solutions are just meant to string you along, and they'll eventually blame you for doing the transaction incorrectly even though it is designed to steal from you. They even change contract addresses.
THOUSANDS of fake accounts, fake comments and fake DMs are coordinating to deceive the newbies and gamblers. Mostly on Reddit, but also on Youtube, Twitter, etc... you name it. And there are several faces attached to this one.
It looks to be a spin-off of this Pancakeswap scam https://medbid.medium.com/disclosing-pancakeswap-the-first-scam-and-cover-up-on-binance-smart-chain-f729d76dd0ed
