USWR Value tanked

Alright long story short, I pumped 1150$ into USWR, went up to 1480$. Went up 40 bucks every 24h roughly so I was inclined to leave it in there. Well as some of you might know it tanked yesterday in a span of not even minutes and my 1.4k turned into a nice and easy 40 dublones. I put those into another coin in hopes of a quick doubling, well it was a quick zeroing out. Now I got nothing left of that original money. If that was smart or not is an obvious question. Truth is I didnt know it was a meme coin and wasnt advised better to take it out as soon as possible in case of a dump. This was my first time investing in Crypto thats why I was being stupid.

My question is how do I make those 1k back, so I can get rid of this feeling wanting to end my existence at the moment.
