Bitcoin hitting $100K would expose who actually has a plan and who’s just guessing

Everyone talks like they know exactly what they’ll do when BTC hits a big number… but most people are just winging it. Some people swear they’re holding forever, but the second their portfolio doubles or triples, emotions kick in. Others say they’ll sell at a certain price but move the goalpost every time it gets close. And then there are the ones who’ll panic sell on the way up or down and regret it either way. What’s interesting isn’t the price, it’s how people react when things get real. Greed, fear, regret, FOMO… it all shows up fast. You don’t have to share exact numbers, but I’m curious how many people here actually have a clear plan versus just “seeing what happens” in the moment.

Also wondering:

  • At what point does “life-changing money” become real for you?
  • Would you actually cash out, or is that harder than it sounds?
  • Have you ever stuck to an exit plan before, or changed it mid-run?

Feels like this is one of those moments where everyone thinks they’ll act rational… until they don’t.
