Sell shipcoin at a loss?

I am at the point where I only am investing into bitcoin and my eyes are open.

3 years ago, i bought into the hype, influencer BS and spent about $13k on a crypto (yeah yeah, lesson learned)

Now I am lucky if I sell it and get $3k - $4k.

So do I just sell it, write off the loss & use what ever I get to buy bitcoin? Do I wait and pray that my investment might go up?

The crypto I am talking about is Ecomi/ OMI coin. The Veve project. And I did not post to discuss anything other than bitcoin. Looking for some advice. Thanks
