Binance has partnered with BBVA to offer independent custody as clients keep collateral in U.S. Treasuries accepted as margin, separating custody from trading after the FTX collapse and 2023 penalties. BBVA has expanded crypto services, while Paxos has settled with NYDFS over past Binance dealings.
