Built a sports RWA exchange (clubs + tokens) - need senior trader feedback before launch

I’m building a sports-focused platform that’s already operating at scale, and now we’re adding the trading layer to it.

Current state:

• 5M+ users on the platform
• 100M+ monthly impressions
• 100+ people in the team
• Well-funded (not bootstrapping / not a side project)

The system itself is much bigger than just an exchange:

• Social layer for sports (fans, athletes, clubs)
• Existing distribution and attention
• Football clubs already interested in being tokenized as RWAs
• SPV-based structure where users can invest and own shares via tokens

We’ve already built the exchange infrastructure and the core mechanics.

Now comes the important part:

After getting the users, the clubs, and the attention, we want to introduce a strong trading layer that actually works in the real market.

This is where I need help.

I’m looking for someone who:

• Has real experience trading (not theory — actual exposure to markets)
• Understands liquidity, order books, price behavior, token launches
• Can look at what we’ve built and give honest, critical feedback
• Can identify risks, weak points, and how this behaves once live

This is NOT a beginner-friendly discussion.
I’m not looking for “crypto enthusiasts”.

I want someone who understands how markets actually move.

This is initially for a final validation / review.

If there is a strong fit, this could evolve into leading the trading / crypto side of the company.
