Welcome to our February Community Update! First full calendar month with zero mining. GamerHash is all AI now — compute, tools, earning — and February was spent making that transition stick. Here’s what happened.

Mining Chapter — Final Cleanup

Mining ended on January 31st. But ending a 9-year chapter cleanly takes more than flipping a switch.

In early February, we moved all pending BTC from the old mining system into user accounts. If you had anything stuck in the pipeline — it’s in your balance now.

We also launched BTC-to-GHX conversion. If your BTC balance is below the withdrawal threshold of 0.00110000 BTC (~$73), you can convert it to $GHX directly from your web Dashboard. It’s live right now.

The deadline to convert is March 31st, 2026. If this applies to you, don’t sit on it.

Details and FAQ: BTC to GHX Conversion

We also refreshed gamerhash.com — updated the landing page, improved navigation, and cleaned out every leftover reference to mining. The website now reflects what GamerHash actually is in 2026: an AI compute platform.

Nine years of mining gave consumer GPUs their first real job beyond gaming. We’re making sure that chapter closes properly, with every user accounted for.

New AI Models in the App

February brought two new Qwen models and a significant upgrade to FLUX.2 Klein.

Qwen Image Plus2 NF4 handles text-to-image generation. Qwen Image Edit Plus2 NF4 is the one worth paying attention to — it opens a new category in the app: AI-powered image editing running locally on your GPU. Feed it a photo, describe what you want changed, and it does the work. All on your machine, all private.

Both models have their own minimum hardware requirements (the app detects your setup automatically). They run independently of the Earn Module — these are creative tools, not compute tasks.

FLUX.2 Klein got multi-image input support. You can now feed it several reference images instead of just one, which gives you better control over composition and style. We also improved how the app handles model requirements under the hood — fewer edge cases, smoother experience overall. The multi-image feature is available through deAPI too, for developers running img2img workflows.

deAPI Update

On the developer side, deAPI keeps growing in both capabilities and adoption.

The biggest addition: native integration with n8n, one of the most popular workflow automation platforms. Transcription, image generation, TTS, video — all available as drag-and-drop nodes in your workflows. One API key, one invoice, and pricing that can turn previously unviable automation projects into profitable ones.

We also expanded the voice synthesis lineup with Qwen3 TTS and Chatterbox, joining Kokoro. That’s three TTS engines available through a single API.

deAPI recently crossed 6,000 registered developers. Every one of them creates demand for GPU compute — and if you’re running the Earn Module, that demand flows to your hardware.

What’s Next

March has a few things in the works.

We’re reworking the GHXP system. How you accumulate and benefit from experience points is getting a redesign. We’re not ready to share specifics yet, but if you’ve been stacking GHXP — keep going. Stay tuned.

New AI models are heading to the app. Some will let your GPU flex creative muscles it hasn’t used before. Let’s just say things are about to get louder. 🎵

A Word from the CEO

February showed how fast the AI side of GamerHash is evolving. We’re adding more powerful models to the app while deAPI continues to attract developers building real products on top of our infrastructure. Crossing 6,000 registered builders is an important signal that demand for distributed GPU compute is real. At the same time, local AI tools are getting good enough to unlock entirely new creative workflows. Consumer GPUs are quietly becoming part of the global AI infrastructure. And we’re building the layer that connects it all.
- Patryk Pusch, founder & CEO
