Dubai’s Digital Economy Court has issued the first worldwide freezing order and injunction against Aria DMCC for $456 million in assets. These funds represent TUSD reserves that were allegedly diverted to Aria DMCC by First Digital Trust. Earlier this year, it was disclosed that Justin Sun filled the resulting shortfall in the TUSD reserves to ensure holders were made whole when redemptions became unavailable due to the alleged misappropriation.
