Sharplink's deal has landed a $425 M PIPE led by Consensys, sending shares up 468%. SharpLink has committed to adopting Ethereum as its primary treasury reserve once the financing closes around May 29, 2025, and has invited Consensys founder Joseph Lubin to become board chairman.
