X Turns Cashtags Into a Trading Gateway With Coinbase And Kraken

X has launched its Cashtag Partner Program in the United States, adding a “Trade” option that connects discussions with participating brokers and cryptocurrency exchanges. The rollout lets users move from a supported ticker’s price chart and related posts to a partner platform, shortening the path from spotting a market move to placing an order.

Interactive Brokers, Moomoo, Coinbase, Kraken and Gemini form the partner lineup. Together, they connect X’s feeds with platforms handling stock, ETF and cryptocurrency transactions, while execution and custody remain outside the social network.
