However, amidst the fervor and enthusiasm, there is one notable figure who appears to be unimpressed by the GTA series. Elon Musk, the billionaire entrepreneur and CEO of SpaceX and Tesla, recently revealed that he has played various Grand Theft Auto titles but couldn’t find enjoyment in them due to a specific reason.

Elon Musk’s candid admission came during a recent interaction on social media, where he disclosed his experiences with the Grand Theft Auto series. Musk stated that he had attempted to complete several GTA games but ultimately couldn’t do so. His primary grievance appears to be related to the criminal activities portrayed in the games, particularly Grand Theft Auto V (GTA V).

Musk’s reasoning for not liking GTA V was centered on the game’s opening sequence, which involves a daring cash storage facility heist executed by the characters Michael, Trevor, and Brad. During this mission, players must engage in a shootout with law enforcement officers as they attempt to escape. Musk revealed that he simply “didn’t like doing crime” in the game, suggesting that his personal values and principles were at odds with the criminal activities depicted in the game.

This unique perspective from the co-founder of Tesla and SpaceX sheds light on how individuals with diverse backgrounds and ethical considerations can have varying reactions to the Grand Theft Auto series. Dan revealed that he had not played any of the major titles in the Grand Theft Auto series, including GTA 1, GTA 2, GTA 3, GTA 4, and GTA 5. It’s possible that GTA 6 may also join his list of games he chooses not to play.

GTA 6: What to expect from story and characters

The recently unveiled Trailer 1 for Grand Theft Auto 6 provided fans with a glimpse of what to expect from the game’s narrative and characters. One significant revelation is that the game will feature two main protagonists, confirming longstanding rumors of dual protagonists. These characters are purportedly inspired by the infamous real-life bank robbers Bonnie and Clyde, who were known for their criminal exploits in their 30s, including bank robberies.

Rockstar Games has indicated that GTA 6’s story will be set in the fictional location of Leonida, situated under the main backdrop of Vice City. Notably, the game’s map is said to be the largest in the series, reportedly twice the size of Los Santos from GTA V.
