Alaya AI (AGT) Up 60% as Project Distributes 20% of Total Supply at TGE

Alaya AI’s native token, AGT, jumped more than 60%, hitting $0.02 following its long-anticipated Token Generation Event (TGE). The event marked the distribution of 20% of the token’s total supply and signaled a key milestone for the AI-powered data platform.

The TGE followed Alaya AI’s rapid expansion. The platform now boasts over 3 million registered users and more than 300,000 daily active participants. According to the team, the project has generated $6 million in revenue solely from data order transactions.

Alaya AI’s Token Distribution

Alaya AI positions itself as a decentralized infrastructure that combines artificial intelligence and blockchain. It aims to improve how data is collected and managed for AI development.

The platform uses Web3 tools, swarm intelligence, and game mechanics to motivate users to perform data-related tasks and receive AGT tokens. These tokens have both governance and utility functions within the Alaya ecosystem.

To reward early contributors and active users, the project officially began its claim period for AGT tokens on May 16, 2025. This window will stay open until June 16, 2025, at 10:00 AM UTC. Any tokens left unclaimed after this deadline will be permanently destroyed.

Eligibility was determined through a snapshot taken at 12:00 AM UTC on May 13. Users qualified if they held at least 3,000 Alaya Points (AIA) or owned a Classic or Legendary Alaya NFT at level 11 or higher. These assets reflect earlier user engagement in the platform’s pre-TGE data labeling and community tasks.

Beyond just qualifying, the number of AGT tokens each user receives depends on their Alaya Points and NFTs. NFT holders receive additional token bonuses based on the quantity, rarity, and level of their NFTs. The team also said that future seasonal AGT distributions will follow their own set of rules, which will be shared before each cycle begins.

AGT Token Claims

Those who took part in various Alaya AI campaigns are eligible to claim AGT tokens through specific channels. Participants from OKX Wallet and DappBay on BNB Chain will see their tokens arrive in their BSC wallet addresses within a week of the TGE.

For users of the Telegram mini app, AGT can be claimed by providing a BSC wallet address, with each account limited to one claim. Anyone holding previous placeholder tokens will have them automatically updated during the same period.

Users of Binance’s Keyless Wallet can claim directly within the wallet. Separately, Binance Wallet is launching its 17th exclusive TGE campaign featuring Alaya AI on the BNB Smart Chain in partnership with PancakeSwap. 

Notably, the subscription window runs from 7 AM to 9 AM UTC on May 16. The campaign required Alpha Points for participation, and another 200 million AGT tokens have been set aside for future initiatives. The team noted that the official event portal and further details will be shared shortly.

Meanwhile, the crypto exchange MEXC listed the AGT token and rolled out an airdrop campaign with a total prize pool of 110,000 USDT. The listing further extends Alaya AI’s reach as it advances its development roadmap.

The Alaya AI team expressed gratitude to its community and contributors, emphasizing that this is just the beginning of the journey. They reaffirmed their commitment to rewarding active participation as the platform evolves.
