Usdt TRC

I need help here. I happen to have a large amount of USDT TRC but I'm unable to fund the gas. Whenever I try to transfer it to binance or any other wallet it asks for trx or says that there is not enough gas. I don't have TRX. Is there an alternative way to go? Because I cannot even trade it.

I'm not experienced in the crypto world and I don't even know what these terms mean or stand for, so please you will be doing kindness to me by explaining alternative processes or ways to move forward.

Also it's on a TRON network.
