MetaMask - Logged into somebody else's wallet?!

So I opened up metamask today, which I rarely use but about a month ago I bought about $100 of ether. Today I opened up metamask and was shocked to see that I had about $60 dollars worth of random tokens that I have never bought. I first assumed that maybe I got hacked or something, but the activity is showing that the account's last activity is from 2022, and I had never even used crypto in 2022, and it doesn't show that I ever bought ether. I don't know what to do, luckily I didn't have that much money in my account, but I don't even understand how this is possible.
