The Smarter Web Ranks Up as BTC Stack Grows
The Smarter Web, originally focused on web development and digital marketing, has gradually shifted part of its strategy toward building a bitcoin treasury. The company began accepting bitcoin as payment in 2023 and formally adopted a bitcoin treasury policy in April 2025.
According to BitcoinTreasuries.Net data, the firm now ranks 36th among public companies holding BTC. This places it between Bitcoin Treasury Corp and KULR, bringing it closer to the top 30 firms, each of which holds over 1,000 BTC.
The company continues to earn revenue from its core services, including website setup, hosting, and optional digital offerings. Its move into Bitcoin is driven by a long-term outlook on digital finance and an intent to diversify its financial strategy.
To guide this shift, the firm relies on advisers such as David Bailey and UTXO Management. Their expertise supports Smarter Web’s evolving vision in the Bitcoin space.
Looking ahead, the company’s 10-year roadmap emphasizes expanding its customer base while steadily increasing bitcoin acquisitions. It sees Bitcoin not just as a hedge but as a foundational component of the future financial landscape.
Major Firms Boost Bitcoin Holdings
Other major players are also accumulating bitcoin. Business intelligence firm Strategy disclosed to U.S. regulators that it purchased 4,980 BTC between June 23 and June 29 for about $531.9 million.
