Ex-girlfriend accuses Justin Sun of fraud and TRX manipulation - plans to go to SEC 🇺🇸

Zeng Ying, known as Tenten, the former girlfriend of TRON founder Justin Sun, has publicly accused him of large-scale market manipulation and fraud.

She claims that during the early TRX period she witnessed Sun using employees’ identities and phones to open multiple Binance accounts, which were then used to coordinate buys that pumped the price before heavy selling that hurt retail investors in late 2017 to early 2018.

Zeng says she is ready to cooperate fully with the U.S. SEC, providing WeChat logs and employee testimony as evidence of insider trading and manipulation - the real source, she alleges, of Sun’s wealth.

She says she came forward after a “brutal” breakup in which Sun allegedly bragged about new relationships despite her long-term devotion to his career.

“I’m not making baseless claims,” she wrote. “What’s public so far is only a tiny fraction of the evidence.”

Zeng acknowledges the risks but says she will turn everything over to the SEC if they reach out to her.
