France proposes Bitcoin reserve, defying EU digital Euro plans

France’s conservative UDR party has introduced a sweeping pro-Bitcoin bill that challenges the EU’s centralized approach to digital money. The proposal would promote euro-backed stablecoins as an alternative to the digital euro.
