Pantera Capital has drawn attention after Sen. Ron Wyden has alleged founder Dan Morehead has avoided more than $100M in U.S. taxes by misrepresenting residency and using a Puerto Rico program, and has requested a response by Oct. 15 regarding treatment of gains reportedly realized around his move.
