In a post on X, Ripple chief executive officer, Brad Garlinghouse, expressed his excitement over the arrival of an XRP rewards credit card. “An XRP rewards credit card out in the world?! What a time to be alive, XRP family,” he wrote while sharing details of the Gemini-issued card that allows users to earn up to 4 percent XRP back on everyday purchases.
Gemini launched the card as part of its growing partnership with Ripple to provide customers with an incentive to spend XRP on various spending categories. The product indicates how Gemini is trying to incorporate the token further into its platform and create awareness of it among Ripple users worldwide.

Ripple’s chief technology officer, David Schwartz, joined Garlinghouse in celebrating the launch by posting his own lighthearted message on X. “Got my XRP belt on, wearing an XRP t-shirt, holding an XRP rewards credit card at XRPresso … someone pinch me?” he wrote, pairing the announcement with a photo that highlighted his XRP-themed look.
