By MichielĀ Mulders

Hi there,
This is Michiel from Hashgraph, bringing you the November developer highlights.
This month is marked by numerous improvements across the ecosystem. Weāve launched a major Hedera Portal upgrade and delivered a fresh docs experience with the migration from GitBook to Mintlify.
Youāll also find new technical deep dives, including tutorials on Batch Transactions and the Asset Tokenization Studio, plus a hands-on session to introduce you to Stablecoin Studio. Weāre also highlighting key community projects, such as Neuron and Hgraph. Letās diveĀ in!
Join Hedera Developer Advocate Nadine for a hands-on walkthrough of the updated Asset Tokenization Studio, an open-source platform for issuing and managing compliant digital assets onĀ Hedera.

Youāll learn how to create tokenized securities using ERC-1400 and ERC-3643, set up compliance rules, assign roles, and manage asset lifecycles. You can accomplish it all with intuitive, no-code tools. This session is ideal for developers, fintech teams, and anyone interested in real-world asset tokenization.
Learn how to harness the power of atomic batch transactions on the Hedera network using the Hedera JavaScript SDK. In this tutorial, youāll discover howĀ to:

1. Send HBAR to multiple accounts and submit messages to the Hedera Consensus Service (HCS), all atomically within a single transaction.
2. Mint an NFT and then atomically unfreeze, transfer, and refreeze both the sender and recipient accounts, ensuring secure and seamless token movement.
Neuron CTO Nick Siafakas demonstrates how Neuron facilitates DePIN, IoT, and edge networks on Hedera through its SDK, which enables secure machine-to-machine data streams, and its no-code Node Builder. He highlights 4DSKY, an aviation intelligence network built on Neuron, and other DePIN, IoT, and EdgeAI useĀ cases.
Hgraph has launched its MCP Server, giving AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude direct, real-time access to Hedera blockchain data. AI can now query the network in plain English, returning live account insights, DeFi metrics, and enriched analytics sourced directly from mirrorĀ nodes.
Join Manu Cabrera (Kabila), Irfon Watkins (Dovu), and Brady Gentile (Bonzo Finance) as they share their entrepreneurial journeys building on Hedera. Each leads an innovative company driving the ecosystem forward, from NFT community tools to carbon offset marketplaces and DeFi lending solutions.

Join the Hashgraph Hustlers call with Ashe and Jake as they build AI agents on the Hedera network using OpenAIās Agent Builder, the x402 open-payment protocol, and ERC-8004, the emerging standard for agent identity, reputation, and validation.

HIP-1195 introduces hooks, which are programmable extension points on the Hiero network that enable users to attach custom logic (written as EVM contracts or lambdas) to native entities, such as accounts or tokens. As a first use case, it enables allowance hooks on accounts: when a transfer is attempted, the hook executes with context and can dynamically approve or reject the transfer.
HIP-1249 proposes replacing Hederaās current gas-per-second throttle with a more accurate operations-per-second model for smart contract execution. By separating billing (gas) from performance throttling (operations), the network can safely support 10x higher throughput, better reflecting real computation costs while preserving Ethereum tool compatibility. Developers benefit from more flexible billing (no 80% minimum gas charge) and improved scalability without changing existingĀ code.
HIP-1215 introduces the ability for smart contracts to schedule future on-chain actions directly through the Hedera Schedule Service. Essentially enabling fully automated ācron jobsā on Hedera. This means contracts can now trigger recurring events like DeFi rebalances, token vesting unlocks, or DAO maintenance without relying on off-chain bots.
