I’m Canadian, where should I keep my BTC, ETH and XRP now that Binance and Nexo are pulling out?

I’m Canadian, where should I keep my BTC, ETH and XRP now that Binance and NEXO are pulling out?

So like the title says, I’ve been pretty happily keeping my BTC, ETH and XRP on Nexo. I liked the borrowing aspect of Nexo, but recently discovered that NEXO is leaving Canada as well as Binance!

I need some suggestions for cold wallets for BTC (probably not Ledger, it was going to them before all their recent shit)

And then some wallet suggestions for ETH, where maybe I should be staking it? Or should some ETH be in a cold wallet too?

Same for XRP and some other Alts

I have a Meta mask where I have my Defi Kingdoms and can access other defi projects from there. Open to suggestions on other Defi ecosystems too.
