How come Loopring doesn't have a bridge?

For all the shilling we have see on this sub for Loopring this year we never discuss a bridge. There is never mention of a bridge and how important that is for Ethereums Layer 2 plans.

I'll start by letting you know that I used Loopring for a few months and it bored me. I didnt think it was bad but I don't think its a complete Layer 2. Like where is the eco system? Where is the bridge? I have also used Optimism and Arbitrum. Both their ecosystems are like opening a menu at the CheeseCake Factory and with things like Hop network and others you can move your L2 assets left and right. Polygon and Gnosis (xDAI) are pretty cool too.

Layer 2 summer is coming so while I respect the AMM, swap and dashboard Loopring offers at moderate fees I just can't put it as a top contender for an Ethereum Layer 2. I hope this changes as I know it has a lot of fans. My concern is I haven't even used Boba Network or ZKsync yet.

Am I missing something about Loopring and all its hype?
