A collection of some of the worst dead coins and projects in crypto

I was browsing through the list at deadcoins and figured I'd put together some of the more interesting projects into this article.
Many of these projects are so bad they didn't even have tickets, others no longer have links on Coingecko or never had them in the first place.
Such spinoff, much wow

A fair few in the list above were being shilled quite hard in the 2017/2018 run.
It's amazing how many absolutely useless projects, cash grabs, obvious scams and just failures there have been in crypto. I suppose it's not surprising considering the lack of regulation coupled with the fact that even genuine projects will fail like small businesses and startups do.
You can find more deadcoins from the complete list of 1,607 here. There was a whole section in my original attempt to post this dedicated to the vulgar coins and tickers that exist which were also obvious jokes or scams.
Anyway, keep an eye on it and pray the projects you've "invested" in don't end up here.
