Why don’t miners just take the pot from honey pot thieves by including the transaction to take the money directly into their next mined block instead of submitting it to the mempool?

Bot uses an algorithm to detect honey pots and find corresponding advertised private key. The transactions for depositing the ETH and spending that ETH to get the token are hard coded into the next block the miner publishes.
