About G&H Metal Products
G&H Metal Products has been around for 70 years. The company has been operating out of its first location in Irving New Jersey. It started as a metal sheet shop and has since grown into a full-service metal fabrication facility. Today, G&H Metal Products offers manufacturing, production, design, engineering services, heavy equipment, welding, replacement parts, and industrial machinery. They operate out of their original location in New Jersey and provide services to all of New Jersey and New York City.
History
The company was founded in 1938 by George Schmidtt and his partner Henry Heide. Over the years, they expanded their manufacturing space, assisted as a manufacturer for World War II, and expanded into industries such as laboratories, semiconductors, telecommunications, and more. In 2014 Henry’s Grandson Eric Heide took over as president and has been running the company ever since.
Eric Heide is committed to keeping the company in the family by following in his great-grandfather’s footsteps and continuing to grow G&H Metal Products into an industry leader.
