Hi. The reason I post here is that I used to be very active in the crypto community around 2016, 2017 and 2018.

Last time I asked this question here was about Dec 2019 and I found someone to build a project for who ended being very happy with what I had built (It seemed so anyway), I am a software engineer who works entirely out of freelancing, with the pandemic and everything going on freelance work has been in steady decline for me and so I am trying to find new clients to work for, at the moment I can take on any projects/jobs, big or small, right now I am only looking for about $400-$600 worth of jobs in total in order to pay my home's bills.

For those wondering why if I am a software developer I don't have an stable/actual job, the reason is that I am originally from Venezuela, graduated there, then about 2 years ago moved over to Portugal, because I have dual nationality as my parents were born here, software jobs have quite a low pay in this country, and usually I can make 2x or 3x, or 4x a month by freelancing what I would otherwise earn if I was working at an office.

But sometimes things get rough and I get fewer amount of projects to work on, like right now, and since I support 3 people (2 others besides myself) it is hard to keep savings on and I resort to finding projects anywhere I can.

My usual rate is about $40-$45/hour, however because I am really hurting for work right now, I am bringing it down to $25/hour.
