I see many people looking to run a BTC node and are asking what hardware they should be using.
If you want to run a BTC node all you need to do is download and run Bitcoin Core on your current PC.

It can be found here. https://bitcoin.org/ . Follow the instructions for your operating system. If you do not have the hard drive space for the entire blockchain you can limit it to a certain amount, for example 10gb, and run a pruned node.
