Anyone that understands SmartBCH, can you tell me what happened to my 30 BCH?

Using Prompt.cash I sent 30 BCH, here is the trade ID/URL:

Then on app.mist I swapped 15 BCH for flexUSD, that worked:

Then I tried to swap 5 BCH for DAO and "add Liquidity" but it didn't seem to work. Now I have no DAO and it seems I only have my flexUSD, and 5 BCH left but my other 10 BCH is gone:
