Paired with the achievement of a new SOC 3 Type II certification, the expanded audit scope, now including additional Trust Service Criteria such as Confidentiality, demonstrates Nexo’s dedication to the safeguarding of sensitive user data.

On July 25, 2024, Nexo announced these significant milestones with an emphasis on data protection, which remains at the heart of the firm’s mission to ensure user trust and security.

Conducted by A-LIGN, a reputable independent auditor with over two decades of expertise in security compliance, the assessments confirmed Nexo’s adherence to Trust Service Criteria for Security and Confidentiality without exception.

Nexo’s recent reports continue to highlight the company’s rigorous data protection measures, reinforced by the initial SOC 2 Type II audit results shared a year prior. The SOC 2 standards is managed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and evaluates an organization’s internal controls related to security and privacy.
