Father-Son Crypto Scam Duo Jailed After Bleeding Investors of $12M

New York prosecutors have secured a 19-year sentence for Hugh Austin after he ran a crypto scam with his son, siphoning $12 million into luxury hotels, flights, and restaurants. Austin must also serve three years of supervised release and repay more than $18 million in restitution and forfeiture.
