Unable to transfer funds from Binance to Coinbase

I want to move some funds from Binance to Coinbase. The coins I am currently holding are not supported by Coinbase, so I need to convert them into a cryptocurrency that Coinbase supports before I can transfer my funds.

Where I am located, Binance is no longer supported, which prevents me from making those conversions. If I use a VPN, Binance requires identity verification. I cannot complete verification because cryptocurrency use is illegal where I live, and I could face serious legal consequences if discovered.

I can still withdraw my funds from Binance, but I can no longer convert them on the platform.
What options do I have for moving my funds to Coinbase under these circumstances?

I am very frustrated with Binance and have found it to be one of the worst platforms I have ever used.
