I remember at the Bottom after the March 2020 covid crash I had like 5k USD. That 5k by November 2021 was about 120k, now I did a lot of trading and was in all kinds of Ponzis like Wonderland, Klima dao and Olympus a lot of degen defi plays but also holding a significant amount in Eth and BTC. I didn&amp;#39;t take any profit as the general consensus in crypto from all my favorite analysts and youtubers was 69k was not the top, we may have some consolidation then blast past into new highs. So I held everything, even a lot of shitcoins and as we slowly grinded down I still believed in a recovery.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Now I&amp;#39;m at around 9k USD in mainly BTC and Eth, I&amp;#39;m at more then I started with and I did take some profit as I took over a year off work and travelled while taking out what I needed from my holdings to keep travelling.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Anyone else been through this? It&amp;#39;s a hell of a lesson to make 6 figures, not take any profit and hold through a huge bear trend. I know for a fact next bull I&amp;#39;m systematically taking profits and making sure I take 80% of my profit before the next bear trend.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;m not quitting and will never quit crypto and I believe in the fundamentals and tech long-term. I will always put my savings into my portfolio as fiat long-term is absolute trash and I do think I&amp;#39;ll get back to six figures and probably higher over a long time frame.
