zkSwap Finance, the first Swap to Earn AMM DEX & DeFi Hub on zkSync Era, is upgrading its DDoS protection in order to strengthen security measures. Making a transition from Amazon Web Services to CloudFlare is supposed to enhance the security and trustworthiness of the Shareholders Funds.

zkSwap Finance Upgrade to CloudFlare Set for June 2

The upgrade will start from 2nd June 2024, 12:30 UTC, and possibly take from 15 to 60 minutes. The main action is an upgrade of anti-DDoS infrastructure. This operation is significant and crucial to make because an enhanced system will protect the platform from the unforeseen interruption to its operation.

During the execution of this upgrade, front-end services will be unavailable and the zkSwap Finance currently used by users will be unworkable. The given step is taken because CloudFlare has the best performance and security among other platforms.

It ensures that the provider is the most efficient one to prevent the return of DDoS attacks. It means that by changing the infrastructure and using CloudFlare, zkSwap Finance ensures it maintains its high performance and improved security.
