The bulls are back in control in today’s session, as seen from the increase in the global market cap. The total cap stood at $3.15T as of press time, representing a 0.12% increase over the last 24 hours, while the trading volume also jumped by 30% over the same period to stand at $104.8B as of press time. 

Bitcoin Price Review

Bitcoin, $BTC, has posted small gains in today’s session, as seen from the price movements. Looking at an in-depth analysis, we see that the Bitcoin price has been consolidating within a range after a previous strong uptrend. It is currently testing the lower Bollinger Band. The price is near the lower band, suggesting possible oversold conditions. 

If the middle band (20-SMA) at ~$96,064 is broken, further downside could be seen. On the other hand, we see that the RSI is at 45.72, hovering near neutral levels but close to oversold territory. Bitcoin traded at $95,778 as of press time, representing a 0.29% increase over the last 24 hours.
