$0.001 SHIB Price Earthquake Looks Nigh As Shiba Inu Secures $12 Million For Its New Blockchain

In a bold call to action for cross-chain collaboration, Shiba Inu’s marketing lead, LUCIE, has urged Solana-based projects to consider expanding into Shibarium.

In a Thursday tweet, the pundit emphasized that the future of Web3 lies in interoperability and long-term value, not short-term hype. According to her, even without a native Solana-to-Shibarium bridge, projects can deploy Shibarium-native tokens, tap into the Shiba ecosystem, and access a community that values sustained growth over quick gains.

Why Solana Projects Should Expand to Shibarium (Even Without a Bridge),” LUCIE wrote, referencing the case of Shy on Sol, a Solana-born project now branching into Shibarium. “There’s no direct Solana-to-Shibarium bridge yet, but that doesn’t stop visionary projects like Shy on Sol from planting flags in both worlds.”

Solana has earned its reputation for high-speed, low-cost transactions and developer-friendly infrastructure. However, it has also drawn criticism for attracting low-quality meme coins and predatory pump-and-dump schemes.

In contrast, Shiba Inu, once just a speculative meme coin, has been steadily transforming into a robust ecosystem through its Ethereum Layer 2 network, Shibarium. With gas fees powered by BONE and an integrated reward system using TREAT, Shibarium aims to become a hub for serious builders.

According to LUCIE, Solana-based projects don’t need to wait for a native bridge to participate in the Shiba ecosystem. They can create Shibarium-native versions of their tokens, develop utility layers for engagement through NFTs, gaming, or DeFi, and tap into the resources offered by the Combinator, Shibarium’s support stack for dApps, AI tools, and games.

She further highlighted that such expansion is not a migration but a strategic broadening of horizons, giving projects access to a passionate user base and valuable development tools, including upcoming Solana-EVM bridges and Shibarium’s anticipated Layer 3, “Shy Mode.”

Shibarium is open. The SHIB army is ready. The Combinator is live,” LUCIE added, encouraging Solana developers to build cross-chain credibility and tap into a network that rewards innovation and loyalty.

This vision aligns with LUCIE’s broader advocacy for the Shiba ecosystem. In March, she touted SHIB as the best ETF for big companies and boomers, referencing its diversified token base, decentralization, and expanding network, which now includes ShibaSwap, SHIB The Metaverse, and the AI-focused Shibacals initiative.

Shibarium, launched in August 2023, has seen impressive growth. As of May 8, the layer-2 network has processed over 1.15 billion transactions, with an average of 4.55 million transactions daily, and boasts more than 1.5 million wallets.
