Pi Wallet Update Sparks Outrage as Coins Disappear

  • Many community members have asserted that their wallet shows zero balance after migration.
  • There are various cases reported of multiple wallets being made during this process, resulting in confusion about the final location of the migrated Pi.

The Pi coin users are frustrated after the new security update for the Pi Wallet. The users claimed that they see no Pi token in their wallet, even after following all migration instructions issued by the core team.

The users have been facing this issue for some time and have also asked the team members to take quick action on this matter. Phase 2 migration discussion has been started, reigniting hope in community members.

In the past two days, the Pi Network Core Team has been continuously asking users to take security measures and ensure not to share private phrases with malicious actors or websites.

The team revealed that users may lose their Pi tokens completely if they give any vital information, as these transactions can not be reversed. Pi coin users claim that the wallet migration has failed miserably, and Pi tokens are not reflected in their wallets.

Users Want Their Coin Back

A Pi coin user, Haifeng Chen, posted on X replying to the Pi Network post that does not talk nonsense, and he doesn’t want to hear that. He wants his $Pi back, and he worked for six years to accumulate it.

He further added that, “You still haven’t mapped it for me until now. What is your reason for constantly delaying? Mapping is the right of every pioneer. Hurry up and map it, Pi Network.” Other users also supported him and called the project a scam.

Some of the users also questioned the latest transfer of 276 million Pi Coins by the Pi Foundation wallet. The founder of Zito Reality and a Pi Network Pioneer, James Zito, asserts that regardless of completing all necessary steps, consisting of KYC approval and the mainnet checklist, some Pioneers have reported that migrated Pi coins aren’t reflected in their wallets.

Many community members have asserted that their wallet shows zero balance after migration. Adding more to this, there are various cases reported of multiple wallets being made during this process, resulting in confusion about the final location of the migrated Pi.
