Fresh attention has returned to XRP following renewed claims by financial analyst Versan Aljarrah, who argues that major institutions have quietly determined the asset’s real value.

According to Aljarrah, XRP’s actual price has been set behind the scenes by central banks and global financial players, even as retail investors continue to engage in speculative trading.

Aljarrah analyzed XRP’s valuation system through the pre-IPO model, which operates in traditional markets during 2022. The pre-IPO stock pricing model requires institutional investors to establish a public stock value before the market’s knowledge.

Based on proprietary negotiations by financial stakeholders, Aljarrah has determined the future price of XRP.

Moreover, Aljarrah claims that financial entities, including the IMF, BIS, and top-tier banks, have already integrated Ripple’s technology into their systems.

As a result, XRP has become a foundational element for cross-border settlements and digital asset transfers. These agreements, he notes, likely came with a pre-determined utility price that has not been made public.

Institutional Value vs. Retail Market Price

Aljarrah also stresses a clear divide between XRP’s retail price and institutional value. While the asset continues to trade in public markets at relatively low prices, he maintains that this figure does not reflect its actual utility.

Instead, he argues the real value lies in its role as a bridge currency for global transactions, stablecoin settlements, and blockchain interoperability.

Price stability and liquidity must be available to major financial institutions when they process high-volume transactions. The necessity to determine their assessment of XRP has prompted institutions to value the cryptocurrency in support of its role in infrastructure finance, according to Aljarrah.

Details about this undisclosed figure indicate it holds prices much higher than regular buyers can afford now.

The process follows principles of stakeholder capitalism, which the World Economic Forum supports. Global financial bodies use this model to develop the financial system by utilizing digital assets, including XRP.

According to Aljarrah, the strategic position of XRP within this financial framework supports the notion of pre-established value among investors.

If Aljarrah’s claims are accurate, XRP may already have a defined institutional value that has yet to be fully reflected in public markets. The distinction between retail speculation and institutional use continues to shape the evolving narrative around the digital asset.
